This is it: the poster of Challenge Almere-Amsterdam 2017! Fitting well to our theme ‘Race with the stars’. The European stars on the poster of course refer to the European Championship, but also because we see all the atletes as real stars. And because we have a special Dutch star at the start: Yvonne van Vlerken. She is determined to break the course record from 1999 (!): 8.56 hours. And the stars also refer to our race, which is, of course, of a ‘5 star quality’.

Dit is hem dan: de poster van Challenge Almere-Amsterdam 2017! Goed passend bij ons thema ‘Race with the stars’. De Europese sterren op de vlag verwijzen natuurlijk naar het Europees Kampioenschap, maar ook naar alle atleten die wij als echte sterren zien. En naar een bijzondere Nederlandse ster aan de start: Yvonne van Vlerken. Zij staat prominent afgebeeld en is er op gebrand om het wedstrijdrecord uit 1999 (!) te verbreken: 8.56 uur. En, de sterren hebben ook betrekking op onze wedstrijd die natuurlijk van een ‘5 sterren kwaliteit’ is.
